It was a rainy, poorly illuminated night in England when Simon came up with his idea for Early Warning. Upon running out of gas, no cars saw or headed the warning that was set out with his bare triangle. Thinking quickly, he sketched “SLOW” on a piece of paper and placed it on the triangle. INSTANTLY drivers began to take notice. The cars slowed around the bend, safely passing, keeping him unscathed. Within 10 minutes, a good Samaritan stopped to help.
This spurred an idea to create a safety triangle that included specific signage paired with the best reflectors available on the market – Diamond grade. This makes the EarlyWarning visible for up to 1,600ft compared to the standard 400ft on regular STOP signs. The packaging is slim, takes less than a minute to set up, and comes with 4 personalized police-grade signs that read “HELP”, “SLOW”, “FLAT TIRE”, and “NO GAS”. Weatherproof, foamex, and UV protected materials keep you and your passengers visible in any outdoor driving conditions. The sturdy frame, paired with no-slip rubber feet, also keeps the triangle from blowing away in heavy winds.
