Ladder Pal is now on Indiegogo
A few weeks ago I wrote a blog post on the Ladder Pal prototype I used for my move into my new apartment. While I loved it and gave rave reviews, I wasn’t sure what the future would hold for the invention. I was pleasantly surprised when I was informed about their Indiegogo campaign launch yesterday, so I thought I would promote it to provide another push. I’m convinced once consumers see what it can do; they will be as in love with the product as I am!
About Ladder Pal
Ladder Pal is a portable paint can holder that seals the lid every time, keeping your paint secure. It holds both gallon and quart cans and can attach to any step or extension ladder. When you attach the bracket, you can easily slip the device on and off the ladder. Secure the lid, move the ladder, and continue painting. It’s that simple.
How Ladder Pal came about
The inventor has been a professional house painter since 1976. For years he imagined a device that would hold and seal a paint can while it’s attached to the ladder for himself. Eventually, in 2013, he made a prototype of his invention. From March 2017 to April 2019, he was granted 3 patents for ladder rung device, paint can securing apparatus for use with a ladder, and step ladder universal device. In May 2019 he successfully ran trials with the prototype for testing.
Now the inventor is focused on getting the word out there about the product. He believes that this will help save a plethora of man hours in labor and frustration when moving the ladder during a job.

Anatomy of a Ladder Pal
The Ladder pal is sturdy yet lightweight. With UV protected, high impact polycarbonate material, the product can take any fall or beating. It won’t have to though with the secure latches to attach on either side of the ladder securely. The durable lockdown handle ensures that not a drop of paint is spilled, while the compartments on the side hold your paint brushes, scrapers, measuring tapes, caulk, coffee and more! Comes complete with two adaptors to attach the Ladder Pal. One fits step ladders and the other for extension ladders. Adjusts on the ladder easily, complete with levelling pins that ensure the Ladder Pal stays level with any movement.
In conclusion, the Ladder Pal is a really useful, simple concept that WORKS. I was lucky enough to try it, and I saved so much time. Setting up the Ladder Pal took no time at all, and I saved so much time and stress that I would have had with a traditional “S” hook. Painting has never been easier, so if you can help, please do!
